Tom, a licensed Realtor ®,  is a "get things done" kind of guy.  He understands the ins and outs of everyday maintenance of the properties and works hard at getting vacancies filled. He is the one to contact for all tenant needs. He works with vendors that have been hand picked based on their work ethic and and price point.  He gives the peace of mind investors need handing their properties over to someone else to care for.

Jennifer, a licensed Realtor®, works hard so you don't have to.  She works with clients on how best to approach their investments, how to increase income while decreasing expenses and she is the go to agent 

for all things sales. She has a deep  understanding of what real estate will perform and knows the areas that are best to invest in.
