We engaged Jennifer Fehr as our real estate agent when we were looking for a condominium as a winter home in Florida. She was highly professional and found several units for us to consider. She was able to enter more than one unit for inspection and gave us a very good report on one unit especially. This unit in particular was between listings (she had previewed it for us a month earlier but the listing had since expired) so she tracked down the actual owner, who was living in Canada, who was able to get the HOA president to open the door for us so that we could see it. This is the condo we eventually bought and Jennifer was able to get the price very low for us!
